Silver City Estates can buy your property or piece of land outright, with full ownership of the building and the land it stands on, for an unlimited period of time. We have funds available so we can act quickly and efficiently to secure your site.
Promotion Agreement
A promotion agreement allows us to use our planning and development expertise to promote your land and secure planning permission on your behalf. We fund and manage the entire process at our own risk, and once planning is achieved the land is sold on the open market to maximise its value, with our agreed fee deducted from the sale price.
